Jamie is the former CFO of Lion Ltd (A$5.5b sales with operations in brewing, soft drinks, property, dairy, retail and wine), an experienced non-executive public company director, and a private adviser in strategy, mergers, joint ventures and corporate finance. From his 12 years as CFO of Lion, Jamie gained extensive experience in strategy development and implementation, debt and equity markets, leadership, mergers, acquisitions, franchises and joint ventures. Jamie has led numerous corporate transactions including public and private company takeovers, brand license and joint venture agreements, franchise agreements and asset sales. Jamie has experience in leading large scale complex projects, restructuring, building shared services functions, developing strategy and evolving strategy into action, leading large multi-function teams and stakeholder management, including managing sensitive cross-culture initiatives. As CFO Jamie led a team of 700 people and is a strong advocate of building purpose, vision, values, a constructive culture and clear alignment of people to strategic goals, objectives and initiatives. Jamie was a non-executive director of Little World Beverages (ASX listed) for 11 years, which was Australia’s most successful genuine craft beer brand. Jamie is currently a director/chairman of high growth businesses in the sectors of small animal healthcare and consumer media.
